For all my life I have known that I have wanted to help people, however I just didn’t know in what capacity. My Honours Bachelor of Science led me towards Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where I found my calling as a Chiropractor. During my time as a chiropractor I have also studied ART and Functional Acupuncture to be well equipped to suit all your needs.
Staying active and healthy have always been integral parts of my lifestyle. I was previously involved in the competitive curling scene, both as a varsity athlete and a strength and conditioning coach for the University of Toronto Varsity Blues. During the summers though, if you can’t find me in the office, you will probably be able to find me on the water! I developed a love for all paddling-related sports through dragon boating during my time in university and CMCC. I would love to be a part of YOUR journey and for you to be a part of MINE.
I’ve always dreamt of owning my own clinic since before I started chiropractic college. I’ve always had a passion for healthcare and streamlining the process to help patients achieve their goals. Completing my Honours Bachelors of Health Science at Ontario Tech University led me towards Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where I graduated with my Doctorate in Chiropractic. I am an avid researcher, publishing studies on concussions and thoracic outlet syndrome during my time at CMCC.
I have a strong passion for all things music, cooking and fashion. When I am not with patients, I can usually be found listening to new music, learning new instruments, trying out new recipes or trying on fancy clothes. I fell in love with dragon boat during my time at CMCC and still continue the sport as well as running and weightlifting in my spare time.
