Health and safety

At Gold Standard Rehab, we strive to ensure safety for all patients and practitioners alike in accordance with the Ontario Ministry of Health. All clinic supplies and treatment rooms are thoroughly disinfected between patients and our facilities are equipped with two industrial-sized HEPA air filters constantly treating the air throughout the clinic. 

Before each visit, patients are required to complete a pre-screening COVID questionnaire and will be screened at the door prior to entering the clinic. Unfortunately,  accompanying guests are discouraged at this time unless it is a minor or a parent/guardian. 

Physical distancing measures will be in place within the waiting room, treatment rooms and hallways. Please stay in your car when you arrive and our team will meet you at your car and escort you into the building. 

To ensure the safety of both our team and thus patients, all patients are required to wear masks at all during your visit with Gold Standard Rehab. Complimentary masks are available for patient use. 

Contactless payments and invoices are available to decrease physical contact.
